A Keiki’s Dream Annual Walk
A Keiki’s Dream is a non-profit organization run by Darby Gill. It is an amazing foundation that helps children on the Island of Maui–kind of like the Make a Wish Foundation they make dreams come true for needy children in our county. They take the kids on helicopter rides, jet skis, spa days and just anything that makes them feel special. They help to remind all children that they are still special no matter their living circumstances. It was our pleasure to be at their fundraising walk for the 2nd year in a row! Students, families, and other companies raise money for this foundation–and the awesome part is that the money stays on Maui and helps Maui. They were able to raise over $8,000 in donations, which is amazing! We had an awesome time and we hope to be a part of this awesome event every year!
